WHAT WE BELIEVE

Guiding Scripture

Ephesians 4:15-16 New Revised Standard Version Updated Edition
¹⁵ but speaking the truth in love, we must grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, ¹⁶ from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by every ligament with which it is equipped, as each part is working properly, promotes the body’s growth in building itself up in love.

Vision Statement

“United in faith, empowered by love, and anchored in the Word, we, New Hope African Methodist Episcopal Church, strive to grow together in Christ, speaking the truth in love. As a diverse community, we are committed to nurturing every member, strengthening our bonds, and reaching out to serve our neighbors. Guided by Ephesians 4:15-16, we endeavor to build up the body of Christ, each part working together harmoniously, flourishing in God’s grace, and shining as a beacon of hope and healing in our world.”
