Dear New Hope AME Church Family,
Grace and peace to you, Church.
God is truly in the gathering business. In spite of circumstances seen and unseen, God continues to gather us together to cultivate a life in which we shall be satisfied. Even when conditions seem uncertain, God’s intentional gathering reminds us that restoration, renewal, and purpose are still unfolding among us.
Please join Reverend Eugene Radcliffe this Tuesday at 12:00 PM for Bible Study via Zoom. This is a wonderful opportunity to engage in additional biblical teaching and deepen your understanding of God’s Word in community.
Our Wednesday Night Bible Study will focus on Nehemiah 2 (NRSVUE), centering on prayer in action. As Nehemiah moves from prayer to assessment and action, he will serve as our guide while we examine the circumstances of our lives, our church, and our broader community.
This upcoming Sunday, The Reverend Dr. Christal Bell will be preaching. We should be in great anticipation for how God will speak through her. Rev. Dr. Bell is a shining representative of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and we will joyfully honor this distinguished organization in celebration of Founders Day during worship.
Continue to join Bishop Harry Seawright daily at 6:00 PM for corporate prayer, as he has convened us during this significant season in the life of the Second Episcopal District. Prayer will guide us. Prayer will steady us. Prayer will comfort us.
Please mark your calendars for February 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM, when Certified Public Accountant Andria Hill will facilitate a Tax Season Readiness Workshop. With changes in tax laws and life circumstances, preparation truly matters.
As always, take the opportunity to invite others to engage in the life of your church. Sunday Church School is available in person and virtually each Sunday at 8:45 AM.
Let us continue to walk faithfully together and keep the charge of the Lord.
With expectation and love,
Reverend Aaron Tinch
Pastor
