Grace and peace to you.
As we move through this week, I encourage each of you to remember the importance of faithful participation in both our civic and spiritual communities. Tuesday, June 23, 2026, is Election Day across Maryland. Take the opportunity to exercise the freedom afforded to us through the sacrifices of those who came before us. Voting remains one of the many ways we demonstrate stewardship, responsibility, and engagement in the life of our communities.
Our Wednesday Night Bible Study will focus on 1 Corinthians 12:12–27 (NRSVUE) under the theme “One Body with Many Members” – Unity, Diversity, and Interdependence in Christ. As we study Paul’s teaching, we will be reminded that every member of the body has value, purpose, and significance. God has uniquely gifted each of us, and the church is strongest when we work together in unity while celebrating the diversity of gifts among us.
The sermon for the week will be delivered by Reverend Christopher Booner. Please keep him lifted in prayer as he prepares to bring forth a mighty and timely word from the Lord. Let us come with open hearts, ready to receive what God desires to say to His people.
Vacation Bible School begins on Wednesday, June 24th. Dinner will be served beginning at 5:30 PM, and classes will begin promptly at 6:30 PM. We are excited about this opportunity for spiritual growth, fellowship, and learning for all ages. If you have not already registered, please do so and encourage others to join us.
As a church family, let us continue our commitment to evangelism and invitation. Let’s all invite at least one person to join us for Bible Study, Church School, or Worship Service. A simple invitation may be the very thing God uses to connect someone to faith, fellowship, and transformation.
Let us continue to serve faithfully, grow together, and celebrate the many gifts God has placed within the body of Christ as we keep the charge of the Lord.
With faith and expectation,
Reverend Aaron Tinch
Pastor
