Dear New Hope AME Church Family,
It is a beautiful gesture to honor the people whose sacrifices paved the way for the comforts of life we now enjoy. We shall continue to salute our veterans, not only for their service but also for their courage and unwavering dedication to freedom and peace.
This Wednesday Night Bible Study, we will focus on 2 Corinthians 9:6–15 (NRSVUE) as we explore Sowing Generously: Cheerful Giving & God’s Provision. Together, we’ll discuss how generosity transforms our hearts, strengthens our faith, and opens the door to God’s abundant blessings.
This Sunday is Women’s Missionary Society Sunday, and the service will be led by the members of the Mattie E. Henry Women’s Missionary Society. Their tireless work in serving our local and global communities is a shining example of faith in action. We are blessed to have Rev. Renée Eubanks as our preacher for the occasion, and I am looking forward to how the Lord will bless us through her preaching.
As we prepare for the season of gratitude, we are continuing to collect donations to support our Thanksgiving baskets. Your generosity makes a real impact in the lives of families throughout our community. Thank you for your willingness to give, serve, and bless others.
Take this week as another opportunity to invite someone to worship with us on Sunday, to attend Church School at 8:45 AM, or to join us for Bible Study on Wednesday. I look forward to meeting the people you invite and seeing how God continues to grow our fellowship.
Let us walk forward with a spirit of gratitude and service, for that spirit has the power to truly shift the atmosphere—in our lives, in our church, and in our world.
Let’s keep the charge of the Lord!!!
With love and appreciation,
Reverend Aaron Tinch
Pastor
